As a Land Sales Manager, you will work closely with our planners, architects and engineers, as well as other technical agencies, to coordinate and prepare a comprehensive set of planning and technical requirements to guide the development of GLS sites.
You will have opportunity to engage market players and potential investors both locally and internationally to distil useful insight in drawing up tender conditions for the site. After sale, you will continue to coordinate with the investors and their professional consultants to facilitate timely completion for the site and ensure that the development outcome is aligned with the desired planning objectives.
You will be tasked to deep drive into policy issues and formulate land sale strategies as well as innovative land tendering models that best achieve the planning and development outcome for the government.
As part of the URA team, you may be part of project teams that drive transformation of the land sales preparation process through the use of digitalisation and innovative solutions. You may also lead land sale projects that promote sustainability, productivity and liveability of the built environment industry and to consider alternative development options such as long-stay serviced apartments and assisted living development in response to emerging market and social needs.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in real estate, building, economics, engineering or related fields
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Good writing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
