Job Description
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of software features in line with the product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to code implementation while developing your technical skills.
In this role, you will collaborate with Product Management, QA, and UI/UX teams to help ensure features are implemented correctly, and delivered smoothly, while learning best practices in software development and teamwork.
What you will do;
- Perform full life-cycle development tasks for web applications using .NET MVC.
- Develop clean and maintainable code across the full stack (SQL, C#, and JavaScript).
- Collaborate with the team to design and ship new features that are performant and secure.
- Focus on the underlying mechanics of the web to improve application efficiency and user experience.
- Use version control systems (such as Git, TFVC, or similar) and version control workflows to contribute code and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack using appropriate tools
- Apply basic web security principles to ensure secure and reliable application behavior(CSRF, XSS etc. )
- Focus on understanding how the web works end-to-end to improve application efficiency and user experience
- Continuously improve code quality through refactoring, testing, and feedback
Experience & Skills
- BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Web Fundamentals, including the HTTP request-response cycle and browser rendering.
- Knowledge in C# and the .NET framework.
- Strong grasp of JavaScript for DOM manipulation and handling asynchronous requests.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design techniques.
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms with the ability to implement them for efficient problem-solving.
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, focusing on semantic structure and web layouts.
- Good analytical skills and a proactive approach to taking on responsibility.
- Fluency in English.
