Provide professional support to improve organisational readiness and effectiveness
Plan and manage research projects
Supervise junior staff on assigned projects (potential leadership role)
Facilitate organisational improvements through psychological insights
Conduct and analyse psychological research relevant to the organisation

Staying current with latest developments in applied psychology
What We Are Looking For
Education in Psychology
Aptitude for applied psychological research
Good interpersonal skills
Understanding of organisational psychology principles
Research design and methodology skills
Membership in the Singapore Psychological Society is preferred
