Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of FinTech and banking-related projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong.
The Project Assistant will work closely with project managers, business analysts, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with business objectives. The role involves project coordination, documentation management, meeting facilitation, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and communication among internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up with project team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support requirements gathering, user testing, and implementation activities where required.
- Maintain accurate records of project status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Assist in vendor and offshore team coordination.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project governance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, business support, or a related role. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in project management are also welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
