Your scope of work:

  • Set up & oversee: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive physical security procedures for a massive logistics facility.
  • Loss prevention: Monitor and manage inventory security, specifically focusing on the storage and VAS areas.
  • System management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS) and intrusion detection.
  • Vendor management: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the external security guard agency.
  • Risk management: Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and investigations into any security breaches or incidents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Site Manager, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) department, and local law enforcement authorities when necessary.
  • Training: Ensure all staff and visitors adhere to strict security protocols.

Our Expectations:

  • Experience: Proven experience in physical security management, loss prevention, or a similar role, ideally within the logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with modern security infrastructure (CCTV, ACS, alarm systems).
  • Languages: Fluent Czech (for daily operations and local team communication) and communicative English (for internal reporting and client interactions).
  • Leadership: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage external vendors and lead by example.
  • Problem-solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to react calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
