Formulate annual plans, budgets and departmental KPIs, and drive the achievement of planned goals.
Plan, promote and implement various equipment projects.
Arrange and supervise the completion of equipment maintenance and upkeep across the entire factory.
Manage and supervise energy use throughout the factory.
Handle fixed asset investment and management for the whole factory, and control the maintenance costs of the department.
Plan, install and commission new equipment.
Execute equipment improvement proposals and manage safety projects across the factory.
Conduct staff training and daily performance assessments within the department.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, majoring in science and engineering such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics.
More than 8 years of experience in equipment management and maintenance, familiar with the maintenance and management of equipment electrical systems, machinery, hydraulics and sensors; familiar with commonly used PLC programs and robot applications in the market, and having experience in automated equipment management.
Experience in managing surface treatment equipment in the auto parts industry is preferred.
More than 3 years of experience in managing an equipment team of over 10 people, with good equipment team management experience and communication and coordination skills.
