We are inviting interns from Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, or related fields to join us and gain hands-on experience in research, analysis, and field support.
Position: Intern – Research & Data Support
Duration: 4 - 8 weeks (flexible as per academic requirements)
Stipend: Unpaid (Experience Certificate & Letter of Recommendation will be provided)
Key Responsibilities
- Support in data collection (quantitative and qualitative) through surveys, interviews, and fieldwork.
- Assist in data analysis (quantitative & qualitative) to generate insights for program improvement.
- Conduct quality checks of calls to ensure accuracy and standards.
- Provide Excel support (basic and advanced) to different teams for reporting and data management.
Learning Outcomes
- Practical exposure to research methods and fieldwork in the social sector.
2 Experience in data analysis and application of findings for decision-making.
- Development of technical skills (Excel, quality checks, research tools).
- Understanding of youth development programmes and NGO operations.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, or related programmes.
- Basic knowledge of data collection and analysis.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to social sector initiatives.
