Job Purpose
You will drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate accounts, promoting logistics/operational solutions, and partnering with internal teams to deliver high-quality service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify corporate leads (targeting specific industries as defined by management).
- Present and sell Jumppoint’s logistics/operational solutions; tailor proposals to customer needs.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing → onboarding handover.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Success, and Merchant Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Handle contract documentation, pricing proposals, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline (Fresh graduate is welcomed)
- Strong consultative selling skills and comfort with negotiations.
- Solid understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders (ops, procurement, finance).
- Strong presence, confidence, and accountability for targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting (Excel and/or CRM required).
Nice to Have
Experience selling logistics services, supply chain solutions, or technology-enabled operational platforms.
Network or prior relationships in Hong Kong corporate sectors.
Monthly Salary:
$20,000-21,000
