1.Conduct daily tool box meeting, publicize project safety requirements and on-site operation precautions. 2.Practice on site operation safety and construction management, check the safety operation condition of each working unit, to coordinate and safeguard the on site operation to make sure it’s undertaking in a smooth manner. 3.Prepare working related document and work permits to apply for client’s confirm and signature. 4.Conduct Three degree Safety Training for the new comers and give periodical safety training to workers. Conduct and take part in all kinds of drills in engineering vessel and fabrication site, rise recommendations to improve person’s abilities in the event of emergency. 7. Conduct incident investigation and analysis, to make corrective action plan to revise HSE procedures, and prevent incidents happening again. 8. Description / Projects 1. Prepare EHS daily report onboard Vessel West tellus. 2. Organize and conduct EHS related training course (JSA/TRA; STOP; OSHA; PPE using and Emergency Response, etc.) 3. Project EHS statistics collection, analysis and report. 4. Plan and execute out emergency drills, organize and take part in emergency drills such as fire fighting, evacuate and first aid. 5. Manage OBS Card system and follow up. 6. Analysis incident’s causes, observe, and incident report to report to superior leader. 7. Assist and give E-Color training course for onboard personnel. 8. Conduct Safety orientation for new arrivals. 9. Hold EHS meeting, analyze project EHS management performance, give improve plan and measures. 10. Conduct JSA, TRA, and STOP management system, develop relevant training and inspiring measures. 11. Site safety inspection and observation.
