- Participated in the H+A IPO program of China Galaxy Securities, filed working papers, updated IPO prospectus, self-checked company financial issues according to new policy and field research; Discussed the logic of AP/MP materials with H share groups, helped make road show documents - Assisted to make pitch book for a local commercial bank to issue subordinated debt
- Fully engaged in a market entry project for a leading European chemical products producer, conducted a background research on anti-caking agents, interviewed 30+ specialists in salt-chemical fields, cold-called 50 potential domestic cooperators, and established selecting criteria for joint ventures - Highly involved in a brand/products strategy restructuring program for a famous domestic heavy-duty truck manufacture, committed to the internal & external questionnaire analysis, comparable companies analysis, market positioning, internal organization re-structuring parts - In-depth participated in the SME module in a prestigious commercial bank’s program, responsible for leading companies’ analysis on both foreign and domestic banks
