Key end-to-end responsibilities in Strategy, Transformation, Sourcing, Category Management, Own Brands, Category Network and Stakeholder Management. - Strategy: Drive One-Mediq leverage strategy across the supply market, implement company strategy on Mediq Own Brands, develop (Exclusive) Strategic Partnerships with suppliers/stakeholders, Sourcing, Cat Man & MOB in M&A and Outsourcing projects. - Transformation: in Procurement, Cat Man and MOB to implement strategy, drive change in a complex stakeholder landscape x-markets/functions, benchmark internal practice vs external market and challenge status quo for the Category and define, align programs/projects and mobilize the organization for change. - Sourcing: creating a global winning actionable strategy. - Category Management: drive NPI Funnel, products roadmap, steering initiatives and Provide Sales / Tender Support. - Own Brands: Define target PMC’s & Value Proposition with markets the Category, develop the best possible MOB offer for the Category and execute NPI projects for the Category.
