Ssorrich mining innovations is a company I Co-founded whilst working in the mining industry. I was instrumental in designing, manufacturing and patenting two mining products used in the underground hard rock mining sectors. After patenting the products myself and Co-founder negotiated a deal with the global mining manufacturing company Jennmar which has now extended our supply reach to over 35 mines & growing.

Tayble is an order processing app that sends restaurant orders directly to the kitchen and processes cashless payment. At Tayble was instrumental in building an amazing team of employees across a variety of disciplines, including sales, marketing, development, activation teams, financial departments and design. During my time as founder and CEO I have been fortunate enough to learn a lot by doing, including the Implementation a variety of operational tools and systems including HR management, systemised Intranet with process guides, CRM's, other sales tools and reporting dashboards, plus many more. I was in charge of architecting and implementing product road maps, new feature sets and core product capabilities, whilst managing shareholders expectations and giving the team the support they need to prosper in their roles. My day to day also consisted of building and managing company structure and governance pertaining to employee and advisor equity options, company valuations and shareholder equity plans, bonus structures, compensation plans, reporting and insurances.
