I am a licensed CPA in Israel, have a Bachelor BA in Business Administration majoring in accounting. My employment experience includes, inter alia a Group Financial Controller at Agrigo Ltd- International agricultural projects (This group includes 6 Companies, with mainly foreign residency that report according to the IFRS and the US-GAAP), an internship at Information System Audit at Ernst & Young – (Israel) and External Audit Internship for companies at Navon, Waisfeld & CO. C.P.A (ISR). I am currently self-employed, Providing accounting and financial management services to a number of clients (companies), from various sectors in the market, including: restaurants, vocational training centers and clubs.
Providing outsource financial control services which include, inter alia, financial management, budgeting, accounting and preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US-GAAP, for companies of various sectors in the market. • Prepare consolidated and standalone, quarterly and annual financial statements, for domestic and foreign companies with multiple foreign subsidiaries, inter alia for prospectus, in accordance with IFRS and US-GAAP. • Develop and prepare monthly financial reporting package for parent entity with foreign subsidiaries, including inter alia: cash-flow, P&L, Balance sheet, FX exposure, cash management and budgeting. Improve ARM, financial analysis and reporting process. • Actively participate in the ongoing development/establishment of strategic financial projects, accounting policies and procedures, including the review and advise on financial/accounting matters. • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices. Accordingly, on an ongoing basis, prepare recommendations for improvement and ensure that those procedures are followed and establishes the proper techniques. • Working with internal and external Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through issuance of annual report with successful audit results and compliance. Companies including: • “Priortech Ltd”- public holding company, operates in the Hi-Tech-technology electronics and optics sector. • “VENN” Group”- an urban development startup company manages residential and commercial real estate based on the technological tech-driven platform the company develops. • "Av-Gad Holdings Ltd.” - engages in real estate development activities focusing on urban renewal projects. • “Zraim Gedera Syngenta”- part of the global Syngenta Group, one of the world’s leading Agrotechnology companies.
• Oversee financial management of 6 Companies, with mainly foreign residency. • Supervise cash flow management of each company and prepare monthly consolidated cash flow projections. • Produce quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and UR-GAAP. • Prepare management reporting package which includes: preparing budgets, cost accounting reports and project execution controls. • Coordination and monitoring of collection activities from Israeli and overseas customers, and payments to suppliers in Israel and abroad. • Manage daily activities of an accounting department and coordinate with workflow with other department managers. • Working with the banking system - dealing in credit lines, letters of credit, repayment of loans, foreign currency transactions and preparation of financial reports to the bank. • Working with the tax authorities, attorneys and external CPA offices of the group of companies.
• Supervise auditing and financial reports preparation for the state comptroller, who competed in local elections for the Jerusalem municipality-2013. • Supervise 4 staff level accountants. • Working with the State Comptroller's Office, financiers and auditing CPAs of the factions. • Working with the dedicated software information system of the State Comptroller, generating reports and analysis using Excel software through using the SAP system.
• External auditing for companies, which include, inter alia the National Roads Authority of Israel. • Managed audit team of 4 employees. • Preparation of financial statements, preparation and writing of tax statements and execution of other Special reports in accordance with the State Comptroller requirements, using - SAP, Conto.
• Worked with dedicated software for Information systems (ACL), receiving and processing data, generating reports and analysis using Excel software, working with the Ministry of Industry, the Employment Bureau and the National Insurance Institute.
