Providing administrative and technical support to Welfare Department in travel arrangements for local/expats personnel Support in all duties, related to flights, transport and accommodation of travelling employee Ensuring of safe control that management and staff are allocated in accordance to their specific travel and accommodation requirements (meet & greet, hotel booking, flight reservation) Liaise with travel agencies/airport/air lines, hotels in order to optimize flight and transport arrangements Keeping records for verification with invoice and payment process, timely checking of the invoices Preparation of passenger transportation manifests on daily basis, preparation of Flying Statistics Inspection of hotels for HSE compliance
