• Operations Management: Overseeing and synchronizing activities across 7 international offices (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, UK, Poland, Ukraine, Georgia). • Business Process Optimization: Re-engineering existing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. • Comprehensive AR/AP Control: Implementing monitoring systems and ensuring timely settlements of accounts receivable and payable. • Contract Administration: Managing the full lifecycle of contractual relationships with clients and suppliers. • Contract Strategy & Development: Regularly analyzing and adapting terms of cooperation to align with business objectives and market requirements. • Integrated Operational Ecosystem: Developing a unified system across regional offices to achieve maximum agility and performance. • Digital Infrastructure & Workflow Management (Jira, Confluence): Designing custom filters and tracking structures in Jira for process monitoring; developing comprehensive process documentation in Confluence; and streamlining SharePoint architectures to ensure data accessibility and operational transparency.
• Creating Business Presentations (Corporate Proposals, Reports): • Content Preparation (Creating and optimizing structure and text) • Analysis (Assessing advantages and adapting content for the target audience) • Visual Development (Maintaining a consistent visual style, using infographics, simplifying diagrams and charts for better readability)
• Reception, Verification, and Data Processing – Accepting applications, checking documents for accuracy, entering data into the system, and informing citizens about legal regulations. • Reporting and Issue Resolution – Preparing reports, analyzing citizen requests and complaints, addressing arising issues, and overseeing the work of other inspectors (as Deputy Head of the Department). • Process Improvement – Participating in the development of internal rules and procedures to enhance department efficiency.
