As a Freight Forwarder, I am responsible for organizing and coordinating international shipments from A to Z. I ensure export orders are executed efficiently, cost-effectively and on schedule, while continuously communicating with customers, carriers and customs authorities. My daily activities include planning road, sea and air transport, preparing and checking export documentation, and monitoring shipments. When deviations occur, I act proactively and immediately look for solutions to prevent delays and extra costs. Thanks to my strong organizational skills, stress resistance and clear communication, I keep processes running smoothly and keep clients well informed. I work accurately with TMS/ERP systems and have knowledge of international logistics processes and Incoterms. I enjoy optimizing transport flows, solving logistical challenges and working with international partners.
