· Acting as PMO in the gas distribution related projects within SOCAR Turkey · Responsible for strategy & business development activities of gas distribution business · Responsible for gas distribution tariff calculation and investment planning processes · Responsible for the preparation of monthly distribution update and dashboard meetings and presenting to Top management · Responsible for monitoring of value creation & KPI setting related topics and potential group synergies
Acted as Project Manager in the sales process of EWE Turkey Group Companies (ETH, Bursagaz, Kayserigaz, EWE Enerji, Millenicom, Enervis, Kay Solar PP). · Leading the M&A projects and working as PMO within EWE Turkey Group · Leading the Governance Projects & KPI Settings within EWE Turkey Group · Responsible for strategy & business development activities and managing the mid-long term strategies · Identification and monitoring of potential synergies within group companies · Support COO and CSO of the Holding Company on various tasks based on their agenda
