-Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews with the customer/partner and provide both strategical, and technical support to implement growth plans -Manage the strategical and operational relationship of long-tail, semi-enterprise, and enterprise-level accounts -Cultivated and strengthened relationships with clients and stakeholders, including agencies, and executives, in order to ascertain their KPIs and devise the best strategic approach. -Liaise with both internal and external technical teams on a daily basis -Present Insider's growth management platform to existing customers and delivered training in its use to maximize ROI -Offer key products and solutions to encourage revenue growth and the achievement of set targets and KPIs
-Controlling stock and updating the inventory management tools & online store -Arranging meetings with suppliers -Assisting in the photo shoot that arranged for new season -Setting excel tables and spreadsheets for management -Execution of refund policy (consumer rights, withdrawal, cancellation, return terms) -Creating social media posts for new season products -Adding new products to the e-commerce site -Preparing online store for the campaigns
-Preparing order forms -Arranging excel charts for products according to their material name, material type etc. -Setting meetings with suppliers -Checking invoices to avoid differences with suppliers' invoices
-Preparing excel charts and tables for engineering department (mostly for cycle time of production lines) -Taking role in standardization project -Arranging meetings with other related departments (purchasing, logistics etc.)
