In-house English courses were determined in line with the needs of the employees and business partners were contacted. An effective recruitment process was ensured by maintaining communication with new recruits and optimizing the use of welcome kits. As part of the recruitment process for New Arrivals, warehouse visits were organized and the “Welcome Aboard” event was every month held. Volunteer-based first aid trainings were organized for employees. Played an active role in increasing the reward program and employee engagement.
CV scanning was done from the relevant platforms. Helped human resources and recruiting teams by scheduling phone screens and onsite meetings. Making phone calls, Interview organizations and calendar planning were made. Candidate feedback was submitted in a timely manner. The reference control processes of the selected candidates have been completed. The organization and completion of the start-up day was followed up. Paperwork filed, sorted. Job postings were posted on job bulletin boards and social media platforms.
