Generating quotations for customer accounts and Arrow account managers. Validating all quotes to meet the customers requested requirement. Assisting with customer technical queries and problems. Liaising with technical consultants to fulfil customer requirements and queries. Liaising with vendor technical help desks to fulfil customer configuration requirements. Training Customer personnel in the use of vendor configuration tools. Attending vendor and in-house training courses to ensure skill levels are maintained. Qualifying the opportunity for which the quote is required. Proactive engagement with customers with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
Teaching students (age: 4-7, 10-12) the fundamentals of English. Delivering lessons in a classroom environment, preparing lesson plans, tests and quizzes. Checking test papers and evaluate results. Preparing an outline for coursework, meeting with school faculty and with the parents of the students.
Providing first line support for workstations, servers, application software and hardware. Diagnosing and resolving issues related to user account management, verification of Active Directory accounts, and Windows environment. Diagnosing and resolving issues related to MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Citrix (RDP, Cloud, VDA), Palo Alto Networks (GlobalProtect) and other. Handling end users queries in English and Polish via phone, chat, email and ticketing system (ServiceNow). Providing advice and guidance to users on security issues such as spam and unwanted or malicious emails. Advising users on the correct use of computer systems in compliance with security procedures. Reviewing user security breaches and taking steps to prevent their recurrence. Manually updating legacy programs and providing security software to keep them updated to protect against rapidly evolving threats.
