- responsibility for daily planning for temporary employees, contact person for them and team leaders from customer, introducing new employees, planning daily transport, cooperation with on-boarding teams, during 3 years work with multiple customers and at multiple locations
-planning and organizing daily work for team, leading group of 20-30 employees, checking progress and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines, leading meetings, keeping KPI on required level, introduce and train new employees, assigning task inside team, work with GWS system,
-outbound: picking orders with barcode scanner (using EPT, combitruck, OPT), preparing orders to shipping, loading completed orders, preparing and fulfillment documents for drivers, controlling picked orders, preparing orders for picking by other pickers according to prioritizing for proper departments, waving orders, work with GWS system, - Value Added Service: performing reworks on devices and accessories for final customers, creating new labels and barcodes for new customers of main customer (using BarTender), creating new work instructions (WI), contact with main customer, assigning tasks inside team, taking care about proper flow of products in VAS account, controlling of quality completed tasks according to WI,
search new temporary workers, selection resumes, looking for suitable candidates for customers orders, interviewing candidates, check language and social skills, register potential employees in the system,
picking up orders with order list, prepare pallets of products for customers with using EPT, keep clean work area, quality control orders prepared by other order pickers, checking shipping area that containers with orders are in the good place to send,
maintain proper movement of trucks on the company areas, directing them to the appropriate departments (shipping and receiving), close cooperation with planners and transportation office,
