• Support the Product Owner by taking responsibility for selected user stories end-to-end, drive decision- making process • Act as a business Data Steward for requests coming from other functions (e.g., access request management) • Project work to drive new use cases including establishing new data connections (e.g., newly required entities) • Testing/Validating of ongoing developments in BW/AfO, Qlik/Tableau, and K2 in alignment with Product Owner, developers, and users • Drive data quality improvement initiatives (e.g., content management) based on previous investigations, root cause analyses, etc. • Create and maintain training material to support and enable the user base • Participate in Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
• Identifying the key stakeholders and leading the data mapping sessions • Coordinating ETL process of procurement data loads as well as validating and approving the results in S/4 Hana • Owning data analysis and process metrics and performing data analysis, as required by the project stage • Managing risks and issues in the respective STP space and contributing to communications with other functions, ensuring alignment of project deliverables with functional, regional and global strategy • Monitoring and reporting the progress of system cleansing, cutover preparedness, and stabilization volumes
• Coordinating the respective area through the phases of the project • Owning data analysis and process metrics and performing data analysis, as required by the project stage • Managing risks and issues in the respective STP space and contributing to communications with other functions, ensuring alignment of project deliverables with functional, regional and global strategy • Monitoring and reporting the progress of system cleansing, cutover preparedness, and stabilization volumes
• Providing management of data and analytics, and tracking / reporting (based on BW/BI) of metrics • Administrating of savings tracking tool • Acting as first point of contact for any savings tracking tool queries for internal stakeholders • Supporting implementation of advanced procurement analytics capabilities • Utilizing advanced purchase price cost analysis methodologies to determine should cost of the materials and services • Using graphs, tables, metrics for data visualization • Working closely with internal & external stakeholders from all around the world
