• responsible for coordinating and managing evolutionary maintenance projects and operations in the area of Financial Planning & Analytics within finance department • management and development of models and visualizations according to the defined business unit needs for the needs of the executive board • closely work together with the process owner and internal customers to understand the needs and define concepts for technical implementation • supporting internal customers in developing optimal solutions that are maintainable within current IT infrastructure • managing the evolutional maintenance of multiple dashboards designed in tableau and long view analytics • developing and implementing concept in the area of financial reporting, planning and controlling processes as well as IT tools • analyzing data to measure operational effectiveness and identify business opportunities
• reviewing/supporting/managing work of Supervisors and Fund Administrators • providing guidance and reviews work related to cash and asset reconciliations relating to complex accounts or transactions • resolving reconciliation of accounts for more complex or atypical transactions • drafts report for clients regarding the performance of complex funds • managing relationships with assigned clients and resolves any escalated FA issues • regularly interacting with clients in answering questions and resolving issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes • being an SME of Eagle Platform, providing trainings for whole team
• supervise Fund Administrators and schedule their work to provide accurate and timely processing of trade, corporate action and cash settlement information on the accounting system • provides technical support to the client including investigation of issues • implements new software releases by conducting on-site software release training, coordinating dates of delivery for test and production • work collaboratively and on a timely basis with Managers to review operational controls, conduct root-cause analysis and implement remediation activities • taking ownership of business areas and cooperate with Senior Managers
• capturing and monitoring of corporate actions events on the stock exchanges all over the world • analyzing and enriching the data for optimized investment decisions, preparation of precise notifications for clients • cooperation with various financial institutions, stock exchanges and banks trading desks • analyzing prospects, term-sheets, SWIFTs, issuer documentation and reports • ensuring correct technical system set-up of all kind of event parameters • closely cooperation with middle-office and data providers
