Focusing from new line set up, line layout, process improvement, automation project, robotics solution, 1st & secondary packing, infrastructure (AHU, Chiller, compressor, electrical wiring system, fire & fighting system), facility building (Civil work, office renovation). + Lead the Capex project for Automation project as dividing & rounding forming, proofing, de-panning, spiral & automatic conveyors system, Robotics pick& place, Secondary packing automation and infrastructure as fire & fighting, facilities as drainage system, PU flooring, civil building, AHU/ cooling system, AC, office decoration & furniture... + Lead the OEMs/ Supplier to installation new automatic equipment/ infrastructure project at the factory (contractor management system) + Organize the project implementation phase as design risk assessment, DFMEA, FAT, SAT, commissioning and qualification of new project. + Design the overall process & material flow layout of factory by autoCad with streamline processes & automation concept + Write RFQ & bidding matrix, work with vendor to develop automatic machine with high performance & replace the current manually process + Align with cross function (Marketing, R&D, QA, Production, Engineering) team for automatic machine & new design & new processes before start with ordering & implementation + Manage the installation project of vendors/contractors with zero accidents, high safety management + Co-ordinate with cross function team to align the timeline of project, approval documents with safety & quality perspective + Understood the HACCP standards, equipment hygienic design, machining guarding & LOTO,... + Weekly project progression report update to Plant Dirs
+ Analysis process, time study & process layout and make plan for training and improvement with factory side + Visit factory to find the way for improvement activities as Man-machine layout arrangement, helper optimization, trimming optimize process, line layout movement time reduction, WIP reduction + Research, fix issue and trial new fabric with ultrasonic machine. + Make IE document and training to factory side as how to make time study correctly, best line for each style, optimize movement process. + Consult & establish IE organization with training part at Pan Pacific group. + Main study style: Coat, Jacket, Long pan.
+ Study new plastic and create new plastic formula to adapt the customer requirement and change new plastic for cost down activities and lead time. + Investigating and fix issue of extrusion machine (as wrinkle, scratch, thickness, haze, gloss…) and Sealing machine (wrinkle, weak header seal, uneven folding, wrinkle side seal, puncher, hook inserted…) together with production. + Research and create SOP standard technical document. + Apply Lean methodology in process to increasing production capacity by automation and reduce scrap, waste, non-conformity product also. + Study technical feasibility of new product. Develop accessory, tool, knife… to able to run machine with new bags designation. + Investigation root cause of failure product for internal and customer complain. + Define life cycling for change tools & jig and hardware to reduce machine down time and scrap.
1. New product launching & Continuous Improvement. + Travel & work with designer for new products. Clear assembly instruction, optimize assembly process & potential issue during MP. + Design line config. with LEAN applied well & reduce line changeover time. + Define process flow & methods for max. utilization of prod. capacity and personnel. + Create, update work instruction & processes map and training to trainer. + Follow up line running and re-balancing line capacity base on m/c utilization, UPPH, time study, down time. + Time study & define Product capacity, No of line, headcount/ line. Get capacity commitment with production. + Follow up rework activities as Rework line layout, Work instruction, Capacity, HC calculation and process definition. + Leading productivity improvement project (HC optimization, UPH increasing, cost reduction, changeover time reduction) 2. Equipment installation and Project Lead (Warehouse facilities and Final assembly line) + Create factory & line & process layout, budget, benefit and get approval for project deployment. + Develop tools, tables, sensor & conveyors, shelves, rack, tape cutting, auto screw, box former, scan, scale. + Work with supplier to get DWG spec, approval design, breakdown quotation. Compare quotation between suppliers and a participate of select supplier & bidding processing. + Monitor and update progression of project plan with subcontractors and suppliers. + Organize trial run, testing, verify and handover to Prod. 3. Packaging. + Design packing material as carton box, pallets, foam and packaging solution for transportation. + Develop local packing material for cost saving and leadtime. + Design internal packing method for transportation material between process in factory as danplax, trolley, carton tray, plastic tray. + Find the root cause and take countermeasure for customer complain or internal transportation issueing regarding to packing method and packing material.
