• Employee Relations Management for the İnformation Technology - Research and Development, Operation, Financial Affairs and İnvestment departments for all HR processes (Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, etc.) as the first contact. • Working very closely with top-level management and managers to understand business needs and ensure common ground in their people decisions • Executing the recruitment and onboarding process • Preparing HC budgets and organizational planning according to company strategies • Taking an active role for developing and implementing talent management projects • Executing succession plans and assessment/development processes • As a Scrum Master for the Employee Experience Agile Team, creating projects and communication strategies
• Execution of all HR processes in Istanbul and Marmara Regional Stores (Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, etc. ) • Preparing HC budgets and organizational planning according to company strategies, • Taking an active role in the implementation of talent management projects, • Execution of employee disciplinary processes • Creating and monitoring Employee Engagement action plans
• Managing recruitment processes, • Creating talent management programs, • Managing internal communications for employee retention, promotion, special days, events, and activities within the scope of the employer brand, • Conducting training needs analysis and managing the implementation of training plans, • Managing all legal processes along with payroll and personnel affairs, • Establishing ve implementing a performance management system.
