-Giving the training of warranty operation and online Dealer ManagementSystem to the services. -On-site supervision of distributor activities, monitoring product quality characteristics after sales, reporting and planning actions, -makes regular field visits and transmits the feedback receives from the field to the relevant departments, -Evaluating and reporting after-sales customer complaints in foreign commercial vehicles group vehicles -Establishing and executing after-sales business development processes inline with regional and technical needs - To provide factory level service for vehicles in the field, -Finding solutions to the malfunctions and problems of vehicles running in thefield will be root cause analysis.-Evaluate warranty claims.
