Arkas Holding is biggest logistic and shipping company of Turkey. Arkas have 6000 staff in 70 local and almost 20 abroad offices. Arkas have biggest port of Turkey Marport. 180 Staffs are working in IT directorship and 15 staffs are working in our department System and Network. We are managing our main and little datacenter's systems and networks, all local and abroad office's LAN&WAN - wireless network and Voip connections, Microsoft Azure Network and some Azure network services, local office's PBX, Central PBX Cisco Call Manager, MPLS - Internet connection, Security policies and devices with Cisco,Riverbad,HP-3Com,Fortigate etc. We are using ITIL management policies. We are working same subcontractor company like T-Systems, Superonline, Turcom,Orange Etc.
Bizfonik was a ISP and Voip service provider. My department was managing our network and voip systems with Juniper M40,Verso and Nortel CS2000 Soft Switch and supporting to VIP customer like Garanti Bank, Vakıfbank etc. Bizfonik was giving Number portability,A and B type phone services, Voip, MPLS and broadband internet access services.
Netser is a network project engineering,project and importer company. Netser was importing Keymile SHDSL modems and Pirelli DSL modems.I was network specialist in Netser. I was developing new project Nortel Switchs,Cisco router and wireless devices and support Keymile and Pirelli Modems. I was developing and installing Pendik Municipasl's all network devices with cluster systems.
