20 yılı aşkın bir süredir turizm ve restoran sektöründe çalışarak, operasyonel liderlik, bütçe planlama ve çok birimli yönetim alanlarında uzmanlaştım. Son olarak Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group'ta Operasyon Birimi Grup Müdürü pozisyonunda, 5 marka 9 şube, 540 çalışan ve markalarımızın lokasyon yönetiminden sorumlu bir ekiple çalışıyordum. Markalarımız için ticari kira sözleşmelerinin yenilenmesinden, yeni restoran açılışlarının bütçe yönetimine kadar geniş bir yelpazede stratejik operasyonlara liderlik ediyorum. Önceki rollerimde, yeni mağaza açılışları, fizibilite analizleri ve iş geliştirme projelerinde aktif olarak yer aldım. Ekibimle birlikte, müşteri deneyimini artırmaya ve markalarımızın operasyonel standartlarını korumaya odaklandım. 2025 Mayıs ayında açılmış olan Mondaine de Pariso markasında Genel Müdür olarak kısa zamanda ciddi başarılara imza attık. Ekip yapılanması, operasyonel mükemmellik, rezervasyon sistemleri ve süreçleri, menü değişimi ve maliyetlendirilmesi, ekibin marka standartları doğrultusunda eğitimi ve bu eğitimin misafire yansıması gibi bir çok konuda iyileştirmelerde bulunduk.
