I have over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, human resources, and incentive management. Since June 2021, I have been serving as the Procurement and Incentive Manager, leading the accounting, finance, and human resources teams while actively contributing to strategic decision-making processes. I ensure the company achieves its goals by optimizing procurement and incentive processes. During my tenure as a Senior Accountant, I managed legal accounting obligations, financial reporting, account payables and receivables, collections, and supplier payments. Additionally, I successfully handled HR processes, including personnel management and payroll operations. I was also responsible for overseeing incentive programs offered by institutions such as TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, and the Ministry of Industry, as well as managing R&D center processes. I began my professional career in independent auditing and corporate accounting. With my expertise in procurement management, incentive programs, and strategic processes, I continue to contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
