As Global CMO for Shell Mobility & Convenience, I lead our mission to shape the future of mobility—developing world‑class mobility products, elevating the convenience retail experience, and defining how we engage with more than 30 million customers every single day across 47,000 sites in 83 countries. My responsibilities span the full spectrum of marketing: from fuels, mobility products, and our jewel—Shell V‑Power—to our global shop formats, food & beverage brands such as Shell Café and Deli2Go, and our loyalty programs that connect us with more than 100 million customers worldwide. I also oversee digital and analytics, strategic partnerships, and our iconic motorsports sponsorships, including our 75‑year partnership with Ferrari. In my role as Senior Vice President Licensed Markets, I manage the full P&L for Shell’s licensed markets across 60 countries—spanning major markets such as Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Greece, and Italy, with more than 15,000 sites. I also serve as Chairman of the Board of Shell Brands International, the steward of one of the world’s most valuable and trusted brands. Before my current global role, I served as CEO of Shell & Turcas Petrol A.Ş. from 2020 to 2026, becoming the company’s first Turkish CEO. During this period, we transformed Shell’s Mobility business from a traditional fuel retailer into a true mobility retailer—building one of Turkey’s top coffee chains, becoming a beloved consumer brand, and receiving multiple awards for customer satisfaction and service excellence. Earlier, I served as General Manager of Fleet Solutions in Europe overseeing operations in 21 countries. My Shell journey began in 2003 in Germany as a Financial Analyst, followed by hands‑on marketing, sales, and finance roles across Germany, the UK, Central & Eastern Europe, and Türkiye. With nearly 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege of operating some of Europe’s most complex and dynamic retail networks. I am a graduate of Istanbul’s Robert College and Boğaziçi University, hold an MBA from Manchester Business School. I am fluent in both German and English. I am a strong believer in the power of team sports as a model for building high‑performing teams in business. Having represented Türkiye in International Waterpolo championships, I carry with me the discipline, focus, and winning mindset that sport instills. Today, I serve as Vice President of the Turkish Water Polo Federation (since 2022). I continue to swim in open‑water competitions and run half marathons, mostly in support of charities dedicated to helping children in need.
