I continued my education in Germany in order to closely follow developments in the global industrial landscape, observe different production approaches on-site, and improve my foreign language proficiency. During this period, I obtained the Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang (DSH-2) certificate, which qualified me for academic studies in Germany. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe University, located in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. I conducted my thesis at Linenbecker GmbH, where I analyzed the root causes and operational impacts of stock discrepancies between ERP and WMS systems. During my studies, I also participated in a student exchange program at Istanbul Technical University, where I gained different perspectives on the practical applications of industrial engineering. While studying at university, I worked part-time at Kazel Handels GmbH, gaining hands-on experience in financial operations, customer relations, and business processes. I began my professional career at Hermes Germany GmbH as a Planning and Logistics Engineer, where I was responsible for logistics planning, process monitoring, and improving operational efficiency. In Turkey, I worked at Saueressig as a Production Planning and Project Engineer, where I played an active role in the establishment of a new production facility, contributing to process standardization, capacity planning, and the development of organizational structures. Most recently, I worked at Meiser Izgara as an International Sales Specialist, managing international sales processes, technical quotations, project coordination, and logistics organization for steel grating and industrial construction projects, primarily for European clients. Through my experience across different industries and international environments, I have developed a strong analytical mindset, a focus on process improvement, and a results-oriented approach. With the disciplined work ethic I gained in Germany, I am committed to developing solutions that enhance efficiency and quality in production, planning, and operational processes.
▪ Management of international sales processes for steel grating, stair, and structural projects for European-based customers (margin control, price negotiation, order management) ▪ Preparation of quotations through analysis of technical drawings and project documentation (material selection, manufacturability, and technical feasibility assessment) ▪ End-to-end coordination of the entire process from order intake to shipment (ERP systems, lead time planning, production capacity tracking) ▪ Coordination of projects between Germany-based teams and internal departments (production, planning, quality, logistics) ▪ Organization of international logistics and shipment operations (FTL/LTL, tonnage optimization, ETA tracking) ▪ Management of claims, quality, and root cause analysis processes, including execution of corrective actions ▪ Contribution to operational process improvement and efficiency enhancement initiatives
▪ To ensure the commissioning of the designed production line (Industry 4.0) and the creation and implementation of production standards. ▪ To establish efficient production planning that can meet the demands of the customers at the right time by communicating with them and to report in line with the monthly KPIs. ▪ To ensure the effective implementation of the prepared daily and weekly planning cycles. ▪ Analyzing and reporting incompatibilities emerging in production plans and ensuring coordination between departments. ▪ To monitor delivery performances and quality ratios and to identify opportunities for improvement through analyses performed. ▪ To make short- and medium-term planning according to capacity and to carry out projects to improve production capacity (20% increase has been realized). ▪ To produce fast actions and solutions to the failures that occur in a way that maintains the production dynamics and to communicate with domestic and international suppliers in order to provide technical support. ▪ To realize lean production activities (5S, Kaizen) and to ensure their sustainability. ▪ To monitor and direct TPM activities to improve OEE and downtime performance. ▪ To determine and supply the necessary equipment and consumables for the production facility and to control and follow up the stock.
▪ To check the daily operations (entry, exit, etc.) in the warehouse and to ensure that the workflow runs smoothly. ▪ To create the daily and weekly shift plan of the employees according to the workload. ▪ To report the work data to the senior management.
▪ To ensure stock control and to continuously improve material flow and storage. ▪ To plan, implement, and optimize measures for warehouse management, materials, and logistics. ▪ To determine the stock code differences between the systems and to report the differences that occur and take action.
▪ To create orders through communicating with the customers and to organize and invoice the shipment of the created orders and keep track of the orders. ▪ To perform periodic stock control and report the needs.
