Responsible for 30+ skilled workers and 8 engineer. On top of my previous tasks as Head of Workshop: - Mechanical and electrical maintenance around the whole plant. - Launching and developing the overall maintenance system. - Introduce planned and predictive maintenance, set up a replacement parts system. - Inserting the TPM approach into the company’s LEAN system. Leading and coordinating TPM kaizen events. - Setting up and execute the development strategy for my area. - System audit participation ISO 9001 and 50001
Responsible for 20+ skilled workers and 4 engineer. - Setting up a new organizational unit, team building, establishing standards and performance management - New product introduction and process development together with the process engineering team. - Tool development, design and production for the plant, as: resistant welding and arc welding fixtures, machining jigs, other mounting aids. - Prototype (test sample) production.
- Work with cold forming, resistance welding, arc welding and powder coating technologies. - Make technological specifications, product calculations, support the daily production, prepare machine purchases.
