Responsible for consolidating and interpreting operational and financial data across +1.200 propierties worldwide; mainly Spain, Portugal and Romania. > Consolidating and managing data from diverse PMS and softwares (Oracle Opera, Guesty, Breezeway, SuiteOp, Keydata, Revolut Business...) to synchronize operational and financial data across multiple regions. > Designing and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards (Excel /Sheets, DAX, SQL, Power Query) directly for the COO and Global Managing Director, providing real-time visibility of performance and financial KPI's. > Translating complex datasets into actionable reports that directly influence daily operations and global strategy. > Creating complex workflow using n8n and Zapier automations and leveraging Claude AI (LLMs) to accelerate data collection and interpretation, reducing manual data extraction time.
