• Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes for ceramic substrate laser drilling section, ensuring stable operations and consistent product quality • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting to resolve process-related issues, reducing defects and improving overall yield • Develop and implement process improvements, contributing to increased efficiency and reduced downtime • Generate and present monthly performance and improvement reports, highlighting key process metrics and actionable insights • Program CNC fiber laser drilling machines for new product development, ensuring precision, accuracy, and process reliability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, and engineering) to support continuous improvement initiatives and product launches • Manage post-treatment processes including erase chip treatment and sulfuric chemical cleaning to eliminate residual laser debris and ensure product surface integrity. Monitor and maintain optimal chemical concentration levels to support stable and consistent cleaning operations.
