INCluSilver - EU project with 9 countries involved (Sweden as a project coordinator) supporting innovation in the elderly nutrition sector. Implementation of a granting system with 2,3m EUR having to be re-distributed to start-ups INCluSilver's purpose: Funding small and medium enterprises to support collaboration between actors in different sectors to bring innovative ideas in the field of personalized nutrition for the silver population. Project consisting of 7 clusters and 2 universities from 9 countries and 4 sectors (agro-food, ICT, health, and creative industries) and a distinguished panel of experts. PROJECT MANAGER: Holding the responsibility for a smooth delivery from the Swedish, French and Italian side of the project. Next to it arranging the following: 1) DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING A COLLABORATIVE VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT - "The best European network for the elderly nutrition" --> An online open innovation space where all the actors can meet, develop ideas, network and get inspired all of that across the countries --> Being in charge of an actual development of the platform for whole Europe - collaborating with a Danish software startup Ideanote 2) SUPPORTING THE COMMUNICATION OF THE SWEDISH PART OF THE PROJECT --> Creating a communication strategy --> Managing Social Networks --> Organising launch events --> Connecting to all the partner countries on a regular basis and solving ad hoc tasks 3) DIRECT SUPPORT OF APPLICANTS --> Pre-evaluation of business plans of the applicants --> Helping applicants with the applications 4) CREATING A STRATEGY FOR AN ONLINE FORMAT OF INNOVATION GUILDS --> Systemic Meetings where different actors of the industry meet and discuss certain problematics.
