- Managing full sets of accounts for inter-company - Preparation of tax reporting and filing
- Plan and control company’s cash flow and funding - Daily bookkeeping - Control and manages end-to-end financial processes including collections, payments, invoices and month end closing - To liaise with auditors, tax agents, government bodies and other external party - Preparation and finalization of annual financial statements; monthly management accounts and monthly bank reconciliations - Liaise with banks pertaining to banking matters - Handle data entry and ensure proper maintenance and filing of records with appropriate supporting documentation - Coordinate with other counterpart to prepare complete documents required for interim audits and final audits - Handle inter-company transactions, make payments to inter-company and inter-company balance reconciliation - Prepare data variance analysis for expenses, sales, revenue and other analysis upon request by the management - Escalate and follow up with programmer to provide solution for accounting systems’ issue (safety control for documentations)
Jobscope during the internship: -Able to contribute effort in testing intial recognition and measurement of leases in accordance with IFRS 16 -Perform revenue vouching in accordance with IFRS 15 during an engagement with a multinational information technology company. -Identify potential sampling methods that can effectively achieve the goals of Testing of Details (ToD) -Assessment of materiality on the impact of scoping FSLI for client's entities. -Guiding new staffs regarding the documentation of lease in accordance to IFRS 16 standard.
