With over a decade of professional experience, I currently lead operations as Section Head of Mechanical Workshops at PNS KARSAZ. My role involves overseeing the maintenance of approximately 200 machines across seven workshops, ensuring their optimal performance. I focus on technical administration, strategic planning, and resource management to facilitate critical technical training for 2,400 sailors during both peace and wartime operations.       Managed operations & maintenance of around 200 machines/ equipment installed in seven mechanical workshops. Ensure effective utilization of workshops with respect to technical training of around 2400 under training sailors during peace and wartime tasks especially during Operation Bunyaan-Ul-Mursoos in May-2025. Directed construction/ repair projects of sailor barracks and workshops executed through Military Engineering Services (MES). Special Event Management Deployment in Pakistan International Exhibition and Conference (PIMEC) - 2025 Member of Organizing team of Pakistan International Maritime Exhibition and Conference (PIMEC) 2025 and carried out following: Oversaw invitations and their acknowledgements extended to Military Chiefs and Ministers of 110 countries, Pakistan’s Military personnel, Federal & Provincial Ministers, Bureaucrats, VVIP’s, Government officials, Foreign diplomats, Counsel Generals, Ambassadors, Defence and Military Attaches of different countries. Supervised entry facilitation services at event venue of international delegates of 31 countries, 35 international participating firms, 73 local firms and around 15,000 local and international guests and visitors. Coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies with respect to security clearance of guests.
