Rotors of pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, turbines, motors, alternators, ship & boat propellers etc. can be dynamically/statically balanced. 2) Thermal coating facility for rebuilding of shafts, surfaces rotary & stationary machines by spraying ferrous & non-ferrous materials. 3) Rewinding/overhauling/testing of motors & alternators. Dry Ice (CO2) Blasting facility for cleaning dirty motors/alternators. We are the authorized service facility of NIDEC Leroy Somer France motor/alternator division in Pakistan. 4) Fabrication of parts, gas filter housings, buffer vessels, storage tanks etc. In collaboration of M/S Turbine Service & Solution, Abu Dhabi (www.ts-s.ae), UAE state owned industrial and aerospace gas turbine repair/overhaul/up-grade/core engine exchange facility located at Abu Dhabi International Airport, we provide services for the repair of gas turbine hot gas path components including application of Thermal Barrier Coatings, repair/re-blading of steam turbines and bearing babbitting. Together with TS&S, we work closely for the replacement/upgrade of gas turbine control system. Main aim is to provide highly reliable local services for gas turbines and aero engines.
