• Architecting Business processes for operational excellence through accurate and error-free processing • Implementation of key organizational projects • Investigation of customer financially related CEO escalations • Data analysis/ trend analysis for insights and impact quantification • Review and sign off all financially related business requirement documents and change controls • Consolidation of all financially related system-related enhancements and defects for prioritization, tracking and management with ITD • Revenue assurance for the SA & Africa businesses units, across 5 dimensions. Billing, Payments, Stock, Insurance & Broadcasting. • Root cause identification, remedial action & resolution of system defects • Relationship management with Business Intelligence, ITD, Broadcast and Finance teams to ensure delivery and business stability from a technical perspective • SME for the billing, provisioning and customer care systems • Presentation of business case to Exco for budget or buy-in • Risk management & mitigation relating to business processes
I oversee teams within the Shared Services Centre at Multichoice, responsible for managing Payments, Billing, Fraud, and Revenue Assurance. My role encompasses cross-functional responsibilities that extend across various business units and the African continent.
