Understand business needs and use cases and customize delivered Oracle Analytics functionality to meet customer’s analytics reporting needs. Load data using Oracles integration and ETL tools. Analyze, cleanse and load data. Configuring out of the box functionality. Analyze and organize customer data and build reports/dashboards to meet requirements.
PRESENT RESPONSIBILITIES • End to end implementation of Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA) for Oracle Utilities Applications, CCB, MDM, MWM, WAM, NMS and ODM. • Work with clients to understand, analyse, and refine the application requirements • Design, develop and manage BI solutions to meet business needs. • Design data models including multi‐dimensional data models and star schemas. • Design, develop, and modify interfaces and data mappings. • Research source data locations to validate reporting requirements. • Create reporting layers utilizing BI repository administration tools. • Develop standards and techniques to support aggregations as well as drill to detail reporting. • Serve as a mentor for other members of the development team to ensure data processing standards, guidelines and procedures are followed. • Perform performance tuning activities
Major Responsibilities • Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Implementation and Support for more than 2.6 million Customers • Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) – Design and Business Interfaces Development of Bill Print, Payments Upload & Download, Analysis of New Requirements, Development of Enhancement Scripts, Batch Processing. • Develop Reports of Billing , Finance, Sales and Measurement Department. • Develop Field Activity Reports of Recovery, CRD, CFC and Call Centre. • Develop reports by using various application development tools i.e. Toad, SQL Plus. • Analyse & evaluate business reporting needs and generate reports for business and Management • Possess extensive experience of system analysis and support / training to end users. • Reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly and financial Year closing reports with business. • Reconcile the financial balances with the auditors. • Good presentation, planning, organizing and team management skills. • Effective coordination and interaction with all management levels and internal/external customers. • Sound problem solving, analysing, interpersonal, communication and team playing skills. • Good training skills to impart necessary skills for the business success.
