From a very young age, the right and left sides of my brain were best friends and couldn't let one or the other triumph, thus a duality continues to represent my professional path. After juggling between the world of numbers and the world of humans, I got into talent acquisition by mistake, and I stayed because I loved it. I would attribute my greatest wins to my inquisitive nature and detail-oriented character, which enables me to understand any given situation and identify the opportunities to make it better.
