With a background in high-pressure professional environments, I saw firsthand how stress impacts focus, performance, and long-term health. This led me to specialize in breathwork and nervous system regulation as practical, science-backed tools for building resilience. Today, Balance delivered programs to 200+ companies, including many S&P 500 organizations, reaching more than 20,000 employees worldwide. My philosophy is simple: pressure isn't going away.
