Being responsible to execute electronic tolling certification projects and to enable electronic tolling services for our customers. Having comprehensive understanding of the project scope, and to secure a consistent and coordinated execution between the customers, the tolltickets/Kapsch internal functions (sales, development, operations), and the certification authorities through different European toll domains.
Successfully implemented several data warehouse and campaign management upgrade projects within budget, in time with customer satisfaction. At a Telco client put Big Data analytics solution into production after several Scrum sprints, where acted as Scrum Master. This was a reference team for the client’s agile implementation.
Took leading role in a large BSS integration program for an international Telco client.
