Ensuring the seamless integration of new businesses into the world of Nestle IT - enabling them to unlock their growth potential
In this leadership role, my main purpose was to identify and implement strategic improvement projects for physical logistics in Nestle Germany and for the Zone EMENA. From JUL 2021 until recently: overall project lead for a green field distribution centre project involving 4 food categories of Nestle Germany, with a capacity of 80k pallets. Intergation with a new 3PL logistics partner, from business case approval right to the stabilization of physical performance on site. Between OCT 2020 and APR 2021, project lead for Mucos Pharma, successfully implementing 3PL distribution with our validated logistics partner FIEGE Healthcare Logistics. With our Golive on the 1st APR 2021, we have managed to pull a project that would usually take 12 Months in a timespan of 7 Months. From 3PL integration, through ERP and EDI interface implementation, all the way through CSV computer systems validation. The new distribution setup and system solution is providing Mucos – a Nestle Health Science company – with a very strong platform to its future growth. Featuring contract management, leading joint process mapping workshops, coordination of SAP EDI test activities and leading CSV validation efforts. Between OCT 2018 and OCT 2020 I had been honored to lead Nestle Purina Germany`s highly successful Move project codenamed the DISCO 2020 - involving the transition of 60k pallets of stock into a green field distribution center, and the implementation of a new 3PL partner. With this large scale Move we have secured room for our steadily growing Petcare category as well as strong service for our customers.
Logistics process and solution inhouse consultancy, integrating continuously optimized physical flows and the supporting systems - SAP MM/IM, WMS and EWM. Starting 2014 I have spent 3 years co-facilitating logistics excellence review (LER) workshops in various Nestlé distribution centres and factories - featuring Israel, Egypt, Dubai, Turkey, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Sweden, Malaysia and France. Parallel to physical process standardization, I had been shaping Nestlé’s SAP EWM Template solution in close alignment with business in Nestlé Europe, Middle-East and North Africa (EMENA).
Between April 2008 and June 2009 I used to work for S&T as an SAP ERP consultant in materials and warehouse management. I have participated an international SAP implementation project and have been responsible for the design and customization of the warehouse management module according to the clients’ business requirements. Performing gap-analisys, specification of developements and system requirements, solution-testing and creation of training materials have also been among my duties.
Between May 2006 and April 2008 I used to work on Cemex’s international SAP implementation project as a senior SAP supporter im MM materials management. I was working in Cemex’s move to support team in strong cooperation with implementation consultants. I have spent 8 months in 3 abroad locations with the project (UK, Poland, Croatia). In each implemented country my main task was to handover the freshly implemented system for the support. This has included understanding of system configurations and developements, creation of training materials, setting up local support team and providing MM purchasing and inventory trainings for Cemex’s global service center in Budapest. After the stabilizations I used to coordinate a team of support agents in Budapest, supporting Ireland and the UK.
