• Participation in Installation, Operation and Maintenance: - HP Proliant Servers (Win Srv 2008 R2, Win Srv 2012 R2) for different services - Cisco network equipments (Unified Call Manager, Unity Connection, Prime License Manager, IP phones, Switches, APs, WLC, Video- and Teleconference devices) - Desktop and Laptop Support - Printing corners (more than 300 devices) - APC (UPS and Environmental Module) - Technical Support for HQ and European region • Management of outsourced service delivery PROJECTS 1. Opening of the GSC2 building in Budapest for 200 users Participated in the infrastructure planning/implementation, management of the new service contracts from IT perspective. 2. Installation/configuration of Cisco Video Conference devices in European offices. 3. Migration of small offices at various locations (10-20 users) Implemented the new network device infrastructure based on agency standards including the server (Win Server 2012 R2 / virtualized), UPS, router and switches. 4. Replacement/configuration of HP printing corners (70 printers) 5. Migration from XP to Win7 in HQ for about 1200 users 6. Opening of the GSC1 building in Budapest for 300 users Participated in the Desktop installation, temporary network installation/ configuration/implementation, setting up the server room, contract management.
Provided technical support to more than 80 locations, hardware and software configuration/restoration/installation via remote management.
Building the Internet Cafe network from scratch (wiring, configuration of machines, installation of op. System and programs, printers, routers and access points configuration, provide helpdesk for 2 departments via remote management.
