Hi, I’m Zoya. I study human behaviour through equations, economics, and the occasional verse. I’m an 18-year-old IB student currently buried under HL Maths AA, Physics, Economics, and Business Management—by choice, apparently. Somewhere between deadlines and data sets, I also play football, write music, and try to make sense of the world in whatever medium will let me. My first song, Numb and Black, was released when I was 14. It’s now crossed 300,000 streams, which is either luck or proof that vulnerability resonates louder than perfection. I’ve since released more tracks, available on major streaming platforms under “Zoya Parkier,” for those who like their playlists with a side of existentialism. I’m fascinated by systems—economic ones, physical ones, social ones—and how they fail us, shape us, and sometimes surprise us. My life is a strange Venn diagram of rationality and raw emotion, and I’m learning to live right in the overlap. If there’s a common thread through my work, it’s this: I believe in making ideas accessible, stories meaningful, and impact personal.

Eager to expand my learning beyond the traditional high school curriculum, I pursued a range of courses across diverse disciplines, from astrophysics and artificial intelligence to machine learning and marketing. This experience allowed me to engage with university-level material, sharpen my analytical thinking, and explore connections between different fields.
