I build the operational and data systems that make sustainable supply chains work. At Nüwiel GmbH, a Hamburg-based startup in sustainable urban cargo logistics, I joined our ERP rollout as key user, and when the project stalled due to internal resourcing gaps, I took it over — cleaning and importing master data, defining baseline processes from scratch, and driving it through to go-live. I also built the company's warehouse infrastructure from the ground up: 608 active locations, 2,141 virtual bins, barcode-ready. Before the ERP went live, I designed a custom Google Apps Script system that automated stock movements and audit trails across ~300 production SKUs. Redesigning production-line layouts and BOM structures cut picking time per line by roughly 90% — efficiency gains that directly reduced the operational footprint of a company built around replacing diesel delivery vans with cargo bikes. Earlier, at Pandora's EMEA Distribution Center, I was promoted to Inventory Team Leader within eight months, managing an international team of 26. I co-developed a hallmarking traceability project that cut item-search time from 30+ minutes to under 5 — a precision-and-accountability discipline I bring to every system I build. Core skills: SQL, ERP implementation (ebootis), shell scripting, Google Apps Script, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, AIGPE, in progress).
