I have over 10 years of experience in recruitment and Human Resources, working across a wide range of industries including hospitality and tourism, retail, construction, and in the last couple of years IT. Throughout my career, I’ve recruited for roles at every level, from store clerks and frontline staff, developers, to senior leadership positions such as CTOs and CEOs. This breadth of experience has given me a strong understanding of both business needs and candidate motivations. Before and alongside my HR career, I’ve worked in various hands-on roles, including construction and hospitality and all sorts of events through my fire juggling hobby.
