I've spent over 20 years building, scaling, and optimising businesses in e-commerce and retail — and I know what it takes to turn ideas into real revenue. In 2019, I co-founded Electronordic from scratch and grew it to 101M SEK in turnover within two years, before selling it in 2021. That experience taught me everything from negotiating supplier contracts and driving traffic to managing P&L and building high-performing teams. My core strengths sit at the intersection of e-commerce, procurement, and business development. I know how to set up efficient supply chains, run marketplace operations, lead IT integrations, and develop sales strategies that actually move the needle — whether in a startup or a larger organisation. Currently working as E-commerce Manager, with a parallel role as a freelance consultant in e-commerce and IT strategy. Founded Electronordic in December 2019 together with my collegue. I developed the company from zero turnover to 101 million SEK by the end of 2021. In July 2021 we sold the company to publicly listed Ecore Group and have remained as employees running the daily bussiness and deveolping the site, content and driving traffic to the webshop.
Managing and building the Marketplace sales department within Brightstar Nordic. Setting up working routines and creating best practicies. Specifyng requirements for IT development related to neccessary integrations towards markteplaces in order to enable full automations in product and order feeds. A big part of my responsibility post launch was to negotiate with telecom manufacturers in order to secure campaigns and offers in order to drive sales. I had full responsibility for the departements budget and PnL.
Developing CDON’s team of Product Managers and Tactical Buyers. Supporting the team with expertise in purchasing and supply planning as well as account management towards our Marketplace. Actively driving change and improvements within our supply chain in order to secure a high level of quality. I’ve successfully initiated and deployed CDON’s autopricing project which has reduced pricing related man hours with 40% Acting as product owner for our Dropshipping engine and actively adding new suppliers to that engine.
Sales Manager with responsibility over CDON’s sales of Consumer Electronics, Telecom and Small Domestic Appliances. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge. I also monitor the achievement of sales objectives, maintain inventory control, set up budgets and liaise with other company functions to ensure the achievement of sales objectives. I also function as client in it- projects and as product owner for the functions Iv’e specified, amongst many more duties. I initiated sales of SDA and drove it with tripple digit growth YoY. This together with the doubling of Telecom sales under 2017 my area stood for a substantial part of CDON’s turnover.
Working as product manager in the Nordic region for telephony with total responsibility for the department. I work with everything from buying, campaign planning, contract negotiations, marketing to pure web production. The role is very varied and rich. My time on CDON has been very successful. From having started as a subsection in the consumer electronics dept. the mobile sales evolved so positive that it quickly became a separate department with its own budget and goals. In the five years I've worked on CDON, I have multiplied the turnover within telecom sales.
