E-mobility Warehouse planning, implementation and steering: -50.000m2 external warehouse for storage of cells, modules and high voltage batteries for BEV vehicles. Planning the transport and material flow of cells, modules and HVB in order to supply the module and battery assembly lines.
Internal role: -Leading and further development of Supply Chain team in China. -New project and employee acquisition. Project role: -SUMA Lead Planner for new BMW production plant Lydia in Shenyang. -Headcount and equipment calculation and coordination of SUMA operators. -Line side and material flow planning of 12 production lines (Door, overhead, trim, engine etc..). -Preparation of work instruction and planning trainings. -Project coordination between Germany and China.

Optimizing the warehouse system and the production lines of Toyota, Ford and GM car parts. Assembly and logistic process optimising at VW, BMW and Nissan in Uitenhage and in Pretoria.
